Awesome people to talk to they were quick with my cars unknown potentialy thousand dollar plus problem which turned out to be a $60 job.In turn saving my life and my baby and by baby I mean my car not a real baby though I'm sure they would save a real baby too. 10/10

Please neighbors at Sunbury and surrounding areas be careful if you are going to get a car service at W&S auto repair.I didnt wish to negatively review any business or service but when it comes to safety,I have to warn others.On Friday 23rd of February I had my car service at W&S and I passed all of my concerns about my Honda Accord regarding the brakes and wheel alignment to (Ma..).He said someone would ring to discuss further about what needs to be fixed.That was around 11:00am.I hadnt receive any call till 3:20pm.So I rang them and (Ni..) answered saying he was processing the car right now!!!! nothing wrong with wheel alignment and the brakes and I can pick up by 4.00pm.Last Thursday I had a BRAKE FAILURE at a traffic light.The car kept sliding till I used the hand brake and thanks God I missed the car in front of me.No accident.At this stage I was under impression that something went wrong and W&S will figure it out.I went back to them on Friday and met (Ma..) I mentioned what happened.He said leave the keys and come back in one hour time.When I returned back to him he said nothing wrong with your can I checked the brakes and took it for a drive test but it seems to be alright.I started to get worried as I was close by for this hour and hadnt seen the car moving fromhis station.Then I asked him why that happened then? He started to be sarcastic.He said I dont have the crystal ball to tell what happened.He also said to stop the car you have to push the padel. At this stage I realised the character Im dealing with and then ended the conversation quickly saying thank you and bye.I took my car to RACV who discovered that there was air in the brake lines due to insufficient brake fluid and that was the cause of the brake failure.To conclude, I illustrated mymy experience to warn those who concerns.Ifyou get your car serviced with W&S and you feel that there is an issue with the car after the service please check over them some where else for your safety.My invoice number with them 18596 dated 23/02/2018
My girlfriend took her car there for a service and was not consulted about additional repairs.She took her car in for a general service and also asked if they could look at another issue. She asked if they could call her before doing any work.After dropping it off at 8am she still hadn't heard anything from them at 4pm. She called them and they told her it was done and would do an invoice for her now. After getting there at 4.30pm the invoice was not ready (took 15min).Fortunately I came in with her because once I had a look at the invoice for her $300 service, the price was over $800. She received no calls about any additional things that needed to be done with the service (They added overpriced parts to the cost of the service). They went and fixed another known issue without her permission or a call. (Cost was more than I got quoted from another mechanic).The attitude that was given about this was sorry but we've already done it so you have to pay. They reduced some cost but still was rather high.The service quality was satisfactory but was an unhappy experience overall.
