Bad customer service. Will NEVER go back. Paid for a wheel alignment to find that they didn't even do the job. Went back to inform them that I still had the same issue I paid them to fix to only be talked down to and treated like an idiot. Incredibly rude service I would recommend going elsewhere as all they did was take my money with an incomplete job. Not happy at all!!!
Sunbury fixed the terrible and extremely dangerous repairs Northlands did to my car. Sunbury were extremely nice, kind and stay back to finish fixing my drive shaft that Northlands incompetently hooked up after I had some front end work done.
Expensive compared to others in Sunbury mechanics. Complained to customer service 3 times in regards to separate issues to Head Office and message was not passed onto store.Asked them to check and not fix to see whether my tyre had a puncture or valve problem as it randomly went flat and couldn't find a nail etc in the tyre. Came back 30 mins later to them fixing the tyre after telling them not to and was charged for the fix.Overcharged for replacement brakes and had afterwards had problems with the rotors which weren't checked so I was not aware that they were needing replacing after going back in and finally had further issues from a repair that took 3 booked times to find the problem of a rear brake pad/shoes needing replacing (note the other side was replaced as it broke)Stated $150+ per rotor not including fitting (ended up going to Kyneton and got them replaced way cheaper)
If I could give 0 stars I would. Warning to all that this place will seriously over charge you and put you down. I spoke to Michael on staff who spoke down to me and quoted me $400 to change a fuse. This is a $40 job! If you would like honest service and reasonable pricing go to Kmart Auto Melton. I asked Micheal if they price match and was told, definitely not but this is a standard price for a common fault. Liar!
Professional team, always call to run through options on a service before just adding which is great letting you decide whether to do optionals in this service or next. Fast and great communication, even threw in some free wiper blades last time it's the little personal touches I like and supporting locals.
