Sunbury Auto Repair Centre is an unreliable and dishonest mechanical service. Our car was supposedly serviced on 07/01/2019 (3 weeks ago) costing over $600. They claim to have carried out all the safety checks and yet today my car overheated and the engine temperature was right up to the highest point leaving me stuck in the middle of the West Gate bridge. The worst and most dangerous spot in Melbourne to be broken down. VicRoads Incident Management team open my car to find non-other than NO WATER in my car at all. My car has no leaks so it is something as simple as filling the car up with water (which is on my service statement) was NOT even complete. You can get water out of a tap!!! Do not bother bringing your car here, overpriced and an incompetent service is all you're going to get.

I was ripped off by the owner David. He charged an over the top amount for basically replacing 2 spark plugs. I left being told my car was fine. Two later my oil light came on with no oil in my car. A few days after that my car was still not running right, kept stalling. I took it to another place and it was fixed within an hour. What should of been fixed the first time was not. I was charged $420 for spark plugs and a car that hadnt been fixed at all. Very dissapointing.
My family and I have had work done by the team on several occasions, and often to fix up the dodgy work done by other mechanics. I always get great service and they charge very good prices. I will continue to go back to them.
