After so many disappointing property management experiences within Sunbury and surrounding suburbs, we were so glad to finally find a decent agent to manage our portfolio with the Red Creek Real Estate team. I totally agree with some of the other reviews on Google, that these guys are truly a breath of fresh air. Nothing is ever a hassle or too difficult for Tomas, Tracy or Laura who work within the Property Management Team. They regularly communicate with us without us having to follow up and their communication style is fabulous! So easy to deal with and we can't highly recommend these guys enough to all investors and tenants alike as they are down to earth, fair, honest and exceptionally hardworking. Thanks guys for such an exceptional experience, you have definitely exceeded our expectations.
Absolutely shocking service. have it in writing from the previous agent that my rent is one price per week, and yet Red Creek have increased it by $28 per week without notification. Whilst trying to sort it out both Tracyt and Tomas have ignored the facts and issued me a Notice to Vacate!Don't ever use them to rent through, sell through or lease your property through.
I had the team at Red Creek sell my property for me recently and was extremely thankful that I chose them above anyone else. Due to the nature of the sale not being typical and requiring a lot of additional support from Wendy to help me progress. The service provided was nothing short of perfect and supportive.
