HONEST, HARDWORKING & ABSOLUTE NEGOTIATION SUPERSTARS! I was Given Dan's number at Blackbird & Wren by a close friend who also lives in Sunbury. Daniel & Ben are just down to earth and easy going guys, they are extremely professional and didn't beat around the bush or piss in my pocket. Some of the other agents we spoke to came across as churn and burn, acting like selling a house was some kind of pool party, I wanted an agent that had real world skills, could actually negotiate and give it to use straight! We were able to get our property sold off market for SIGNIFICANTLY more than what we thought it was worth, Who ever said the market was on the down obviously hasn't met the boys! Keep it up!!!!!!

I strongly suggest Blackbird and Wren if anyone is selling particularly Daniel Abt who suggested things needing to be done prior to the house being put on the market, the changes I made really paid off making the house look so much more 'buyer friendly'. The first open for inspection was a saturday and four days later it was sold, I was constantly informed and reassured alleviating a lot of stress!
