Post delivery person never ring or knock on the door even someone is inside a house to receive a parcel and they just put a notice letter in a letter box to collect later from Sunbury DC. Are they really carrying the parcel to be delivered or just carrying a notice letter card to chuck it in the letterbox and leave. Bad delivery service. But Sunbury DC usually has a good instance service to collect a parcel.

Ran around yesterday from the post office to the delivery center regarding a parcel that was due for delivery today. The sender had added my postal number in the wrong order and the sender didn't link my email to the tracker so i wasn't able to redirect it online. Thankfully the lovely lady at the desk took down my details and advised the driver so my parcel was still delivered today at the correct address. Thank you to everyone who assisted on something that wasn't their problem. Kind regards, a very grateful local.
I feel sunbury post needs to up there game. With the on line spending that our country does they do not keep up 8days it took for something to come that was local. Ridiculous. And to top it all off the woman that serves you is rude, inconsiderate and its not the 1st time. Sunbury you need to lift your services
