Extremely rude towards women. He was rude to myself and a neighbor knocking on the neighbor's doors (elderly aslo) and said 'move your car' with no explanation to what he was doing. I would not recommend frank's service as its very poor workmanship (only bending a gutter into place with a charge cost of $150) and to make my day a serve arrogance and rudeness.
I had a problem with central heating after normal hours, rang Frank, no problem, he offered to "pop around", and had it fixed in no time. Very reasonable price, much appreciated.
