Not the best service from staff. Wouldnt do warranty on a tti tool as it was not purchased there, so went to Brooklyn store and they didnt even ask any questions, just swapped it right over.
Very happy with the service and professionalism.Had a problem with annular cutters purchased from Total Tools Sunbury not fitting my mag drill. Was asked to bring drill and cutters in and they said they would look at the problem and help me with a solution. They certainly did, they tried out a number of brands in the store and found a good match/better fit. Refunded me the money for the first set. Very professional and friendly staff. Thanks again! The service and quality of the tools makes me a return customer.
