RIDICULOUS. DONT GO HERE!!!Done my partners tax Friday 13th July 2018, was told would recieve $1,200. On monday 16th July got a phone call from H&R Block sunbury and told return will be $700 instead. Then Friday 27th i rang to question the progress as we have not recieved the return and was told by the manager after multiple attemots to contact then that my parteners tax was never finalised and that they would finalise it then. 2 weeks after the orignal appointment of doing his tax. Absolutely useless!!!P.s still havnt recieved our return
Don't bother. HR Block Sunbury completely butchered our tax return which led to a very expensive ATO audit. They then refused to offer any assistance in dealing with the audit claiming they 'weren't allowed' to deal with it, which later proved to be a lie. When I asked for a refund on the cost of lodging the original tax return, they refused to deal with it, referring me to their district office. Thankfully the district office eventually weighed in, but save yourself time and money, and engage real accountants or another HR Block office.
